Hi all!
I didn't even know this group existed! Looks like it isn't very active so hoping you all see my post.
I started TAM Hipcentric in May 2011 and due to several injuries thanks to dance cardio and Bikram yoga, I am just about to start continuity #2 after one more level of the first level of continuity so I'm a little behind but I'm sticking to it because I believe in Tracy's method! I did however start mixing up the dance cardio because hers is just way too hard on my ankles, feet, shins, knees, and hips. I know Tracy would say that's a no no but it's either that or being injured half the time.
What level is everyone on and how are you still liking it or did you stop for some reason?? Tomorrow, if I don't go to Zumba, will be day 169. I watched days 171-180 this morning and the leg part looks pretty tough but I know I can do it! I have never felt stronger since following Tracy's method. I love how things change every 10 workouts and although I don't follow her diet anymore (managed to follow it for 2 months and dropped an amazing 24 lbs!) I learned a LOT about what my body likes and doesn't like. Figured out some definite food allergies thanks to her meal plan but in the end it is not sustainable and is just too extreme for me.
Hope you all are well and glad to be here!!
Heidi.
