Calories Burned?

Hello. Can any tell me an estimate or how I can calculate the calories burned on JM BR? Im not sure if I will add more calories to eat a day or take the loss. What is everyone eles doing?

    I finally broke down and bought a Polar FT4 heart rate monitor, I wanted to make sure my calories were counted right instead of guessing and wondering if MFP estimates were close enough. I am 5'5" and 135 lbs currently. If we are close in size, I can give you what my calories burned were if it will help you with an estimate.

    I use a HRM. I am doing the kickstart workouts right now, and doing them back to back. I am 5'2, 127 lbs, and 30 years old. Yesteray I burned 586 during my workout. I LOVE my HRM and would definitely considering purchasing one if I was you!
