Fitness Frog determines exercise 3 to 5 times a week to be "moderate".
Scooby determines exercise 3 to 5 hours a week to be "moderate".
TDEE calculations are identical.
Which "moderate" would/do you use?
I exercise 3 times a week, each time for 30 mins which puts me as "light" in Scooby and "moderate" in Frog therefore different TDEE cuts. I am increasing my exercise now but still curious as to which calculator is "correct".

I should add that I also walk briskly for 30 most days but didn't include it in my exercise input as I never considered it exercise, just normal activity. But I guess I should include it, shouldn't I?0

I would use the Scooby calculation. 3-5 HOURS is a lot more accurate measure than 3-5 TIMES. You could exercise for 20 minutes 5 times a week or 2 hours 5 times a week and there would be a huge difference in the number of calories burned (but they would still be in the same category according to Fitness Frog), whereas in Scooby, those would be considered to be very different activity levels!
And yes, include the walking!0 -
Great, many thanks. That makes sense.0
