Hey guys, it's a little early to be bringing this up, lol but lets put up our fit test results !!! for week 2, tomorrow.

Yay, only 2 more weeks of work, then a week off!! haha, good work guys!!!!

    I'm not sure you should be thinking that recovery week is a week off... I'll do it the first time Thursday and let you know.

    K so here's what I got. The bracketted ones are my results from the first fit test.

    1) Switch Kicks (45) - 55
    2) Power Jacks (43) - 57
    3) Power Knees (68) - 76
    4) Power Jumps (34) - 44
    5) Globe Jumps (8.5) - 10.5
    6) Suicide Jumps (12) - 13
    7) Push-up Jacks (10) - 14 - they weren't super awesome ones tho. (anyone have any hints on how to do these?!?! I find them to be really challenging!!)
    8) Low Plank Oblique (38) - 53

    How did you guys do?

    did u guys measure? i lost some inches :) but the scale is stuck on the same weight :( !! either way im happy i also improved on my resistance going to upload the results in a little bit :) !!

    1. switch kicks- 36 (63)
    2. Power jacks- 47 (54)
    3. Power knees- 88 (110)
    4. Power jumps- 28 (21)
    5. Globe jumps- 9 (11)
    6. Suicide jumps- 10 (12)
    7. Push-up jacks- 17 (23)
    8. Low plank oblique -50 (57)

    This was as hard as the first time. Inches lost. Wt has not changed much. I have to get my diet together.

    same as me! i have lost some inches but weight is the same .. today i started to drink protein shakes, not shakeology since i dont live in the US not easy to get them, i bought GNC instead.

    I haven't lost weight either, what is happening as explained to me by two beachbody coaches is that we are building muscle but getting leaner. I use gnc amplified wheybolic extreme 60. It's a muscle builder but I only use two scoops instead of the three. Probably next week sometime I'm going to switch to results and recovery formula it's less protein but it puts back what you just burned energy wise.

    Our numbers are real close on the fit test I'm slinging around 228lbs to boot lol. Great job everyone! Big improvements!
