cheat days

I'm about halfway through and I've had the occasional cheat day. Will it completely ruin my results or is it okay?

    You should be okay Just get back on track today. Drink extra water. Eat healthy.

    You will be fine as long as you get back on track. Don't let one bad day turn into many bad days.

    I had a few cheat days. As long as you get right back on track, you should be fine. And drink extra water like kerigla said.
