NR and RI30?

Hello again ladies!
I am half way through stage 1 of NR and was doing yoga/pilates on non-lifting days like the book recommends. While I do feel like I'm making progress, I also feel kinda lethargic. I know I'm eating enough, but I'm feeling like maybe I need to add a bit of cardio back in since I went off it cold turkey for this program. Would it be reasonable to add in something like 30DS or RI 30 on my 2 non-lifting, non-rest days? Or would my lifting suffer for it? I've never done those other programs, so any advice is welcome.

Cardio is good, but you want to avoid anything with strength training so your muscles have time to rest. Make sure to get in real rest days during the week where you do nothing. Stage one feels easy, but the following stages are A LOT longer and tougher, so rest will be important.0
