Hey All,
I was under the impression that sodium only affects your water weight, and does not impact fat loss. Do you guys believe otherwise? Or is the reason to focus on sodium related to heart health and unrelated to weight loss?
Thanks!

Sodium means you retain water, which means your weight goes up on the scale. Therefore if you are constantly eating ealty foods and getting above your sodium levels, your body cant release the excess water.. so the scale doesnt drop..
Outside of high sodium levels being incredibly bad for your overall health:)0
