Oh dear...

I've only got 150 calories left for dinner :-|

Can you tell I have not come from a LCD background?!

Do I just have dinner (approx 400-500) calories anyway, or try and make do with 150?

    Eat Dinner and start over tomorrow, if your eating at cut then it won't be a big deal, if your TDEE just do better tomorrow.. I wouldn't skip or eat alittle bit, you will just be hungry later.

    It's ok. It happens. I agree with ^^ but just in case you want ideas, The main portion of my dinner last night was 160 calories. I sauteed onions in olive oil, added 5 ounces of Mahi Mahi. Once cooked, I added fresh tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper and just let it simmer. It was very very good and with 21 grams of protein, it hit the spot.
