Eating Calories Back?

Hi, I am starting today and read all the information that came with the dvds my only concern is the 1200 calorie intake..... everyone always says to eat back your calories. I am thinking I am going to make sure I net at least 1200. I personally think after burning all that I would need to at least have a protein shake on top of the 1200.
Thoughts?
Anyone have success eating around 1400-1600?

I didn't eat back my calories onmy first 90 days of the program. I lost 30 pounds felt great and never felt deprived. HOWEVER, I am now on my second round, 3 weeks in and I am stalled! I haven't lost or gained any weight. I have 10 pounds to go. I'm thinking that my body says, "enough of the low calories" and that I need to eat back my exercise calories. I'm going to try that after I get my HRM.0

did you follow the meal plan? or did you just stick to the 1200?0 -
I never NET below my BMR and eat back every single calorie I burn. I even eat 1800 (BMR is 1450) on my rest day. I have consistantly lost about a pound per week doing this since and have been losing well since starting BR a month ago. I personally think that 1200 is far too low and anytime I have gone that low my loss has stalled and I have gained weight back fast as soon as I start eating nornally again. Her meal plan is the one thing I would NOT follow. Too retrictive IMO.0
