Hey Guys !! Another way to keep you guys accountable is to do daily challenges ;
Meatless Mondays -
--- eat fresh fruits, veggies and fish , seafood etc. (no beef, pork, chicken etc) *
Ten Tuesdays -
--- Ten Exercises of Ten Reps ex :
10 Crunches
10 Squats
10 Pushups
10 Jumping Jacks
10 Donkey Kicks
10 High Knee Kicks
10 Side Crunches
10 Leg Bicycles
10 Reverse Crunches
10 Scissor Kicks
(you can youtube or google exercises to see how its done)
Walking Wednesdays -
--- Walk for 2O minutes
Thirsty Thursdays -
--- Drink a gallon ! NO EXCUSES !
Freestyle Fridays -
Throughout the week challengers can send us ideas to do on Fridays and we will pick the best 3
Strengthing Saturdays -
--- we do any exercise that will strengthen our muscles ; it can be as lonq as you want!
Snackless Sundays -
--- since Sundays are usually everyones rest days we advise you to eat as clean as possible , so replace all packaged snacks with fresh fruits or vegetables.

uhm i think we shud log it as circuit training since we have some cardio and strengthin in there too0 -

I have been keeping up with this program! thanks so much for it!
I'm loving it and it helps my mom is visiting cause shes a sweetie she went outta her way to help (cook the food) me lol so I could keep it up..... Yip Yip Lose weight!!! LOL
