Hi everyone!

Hi everyone! I finished Couch to 5k back in May, but I'm still loving running. I have been running about 3 - 4 miles every other day and it is awesome. I sign up for a 5k each month to motivate myself to keep going. It's been great to see my progress... now if only I could get the scale to come down! I'm glad to be part of a group that is interested in running.

    I am hoping by the time I am done I can say I love running...I'm not there yet :) I was never a runner, even at 105 lbs in high school so this has been a whole new experience for me. I feel "off" on the days I don't run like I should be running, but I don't know that I love it. I want to love it-does that count?
