Hey all. I just did day four of level 2. How are you all doing? I think 30DS is going pretty well for me, I feel better. I'm not sure I've lost much in terms of inches or weight, but I feel more toned and energetic.
I'm hoping to do the full exercises in level 2 tomorrow, I've been doing the beginner exercises. How have you all transitioned from beginner/more experienced movements in each level?

I haven't been consistent with the 30 DS but I was able to complete the entire level 1 workout whereeas before I wasn't able to complete it.0
