Short of Time

I learned from the book that we should be doing at least two days a week of strength (weights) work. Plus, six days a week on cardio. Ok, here is my problem. I am at the gym four days a week. I am not seeing much of my family at all. We can not even have dinner together now. I have classes right after work. I go home and then my husband leaves for the gym. He will stay til they close. My husband and I am not seeing each other. Now I am to add more exercises? How can I work them in?

You need to rearrange your schedule because family is IMPORTANT. I used to go to the gym really early in the morning and that worked.0

Can't do this in the morning. I drive my husband to work at 6 and I just stay here til I start work at 8. I could drive back to the gym but it would involve a half hour of driving one way.0
