Week 5!

This is it, y'all! :drinker:

If you're using the same variation of C25K as me, this is the week with the first substantial run. I had a ton of difficulty with week 4, so much so that I almost repeated it. Just for kicks, I gave day 1 of week 5 a try this morning... and I ROCKED it! All of the the 5 minute runs were so easy I could have kept going. I think the new music helped immensely, as well as settling into a comfortable pace.

You CAN do it! You can! I'm rooting for you all!

So, who else is on week 5? How are you feeling?

    I am just finishing week 6 but week 5 was great! When you do your first run with no walk breaks you feel amazing!

    I did day 1 of week 5 on sunday. It went smoothly and seemed so fast compared to week 4:) I think day 2 will go fine for me as long as it is not too hot out! I am a little scared of day 3 though to be honest!
