Your favourite work out/ move

Do you have a favourite work out or move so far? For me workouts 9 and 10 are the best, 10 more so than 9. I loved all the dive bomber moves and in workout 10 the weighted back lunge to front high kicks...got some good agression out there!!!
Anything you struggle with?
Cardio 3 has been really tough, particularly the standing mountain climbers into high knees with rotation. From workout 11 I believe, the 3 part push up...cannot do more than 2 unmodified!

I was just noticing whow sore my butt was today, I think it is from all the wood choppers in Disc 5 and 6. So that is good to work the butt muscles, right?
Those cardio 3 moves from standing mountain climbers to the high knee rotations are tough. I have never liked high knees in any shape or form! I would much rather do rockstar jumps or cannonballs.0 -
I agree that Workouts 9 & 10 are my favorites. 11 & 12 are good too, but I really felt like 9 & 10 gave me a better overall workout.0

Yep, Workouts 9 & 10 are awesome, I was able to do most of workout 9, did 10 for the first time yesterday and found it really hard. My glutes & hamstrings are so sore today, never felt this with any other workout. Want to lose atleast 2 inches on my hips, and hope this workout will do the magic!0

I'm on 7 & 8, so now i'm looking forward to 9 & 10
And yah, I like those 'wood choppers' and there is a similar move in the disc after it too (except it incorporates a lunge)
Those are fun and not too intense :-)
I also like that kettleball type move.
Oh and there was another move.. oh was it Week 3 & 4? It was the crunch move where you twist to tap the sides of your feet (the one David was good at). I was pretty good at this one too and made me feel good. :laugh:
I know so many people remember the names of the moves, but I'm really bad about it. I guess I'm wheezing, wiping my brow, taking my HR, and drinking some water in the time between the moves. :happy:0
