Slightly panic-y

OK, it all makes perfect sense. I understand the EM2WL philosophy and the concept that eating below your BMR is bad.

But I'm still seriously panicking about slamming my cals up so high!

Like almost everyone else, I started MFP on 1200 and lost well. Read the forums after my loss stalled and calculated my BMR to 1550(ish) so put my cals up to 1600 + exercise cals. And TOTALLY STALLED FOR 8 WEEKS. just fluctuating up and down the same 2lb:( 8 weeks is a long time so I gave up and put my cals back down a couple of weeks ago.... But it feels wrong! So helloitsdan has run the numbers for me, and I've put my cals back up to 1700 (not eating exercise cals) today, and adjusted my macros accordingly.

Fingers crossed I see a good loss reasonably quickly - weight or inches are fine:) I've got more than enough to lose!
