Harder to lose with less to lose

I feel that with the less weight you have to lose the harder it becomes to lose it. Don't get me wrong I deeply respect the achievements of everyone's weight loss but, consider this:
My current weight today is 125 and my BMR is 1306. In order to cut additional calories, my calorie goal a day is 1200. With this limit I cut 106 calories a day regardless of anything else. Any additional movement, walking, running will add to my calorie deficit.
The main reason why I choose to do this is because of working 9-5 at an office with no real exercise throughout the day.
8 hours of office work is around 680 calories
2 hours of general walking throughout the day is 397
thus:
1183 Calorie deficit / 3500 (calories in 1lbs of fat loss) = 2.95
This means I should be able to lose a pound in 3 days. The down fall to this is, every pound loss causes fewer calories being burned off making any additional calorie deficit done by exercise smaller for every pound loss.
So as a general statement, don't think people who are smaller than you have it easier, they maybe putting themselves through just as much effort and self control as you are... If not more.

I am not sure I understand your math, it's actually probably worse than that.
The deficits might be much smaller.
I think my maintenance cals, according to MFP are 1400, so going to 1200 I am only at a deficit of 200 per day, which means over 17 days of being perfect to lose one pound of fat.
Then, you figure you could be off with the logging, it's easy to miss 200 cals, and you're back to maintenance in no time.
I think the best bet is to build as much lean muscle as you can, so you'll weigh more, eat more, and lose more easily in a cut. But I have a hard time building muscle too.0
