    Goal Weight loss for the week: 2 lbs.

    Goal Exercise for the day: walking 20-30 mins. OR using elliptical machine - (walked 20 today)

    Goal Calories: 1490 net

    Goal Water: 12 cups minimum

    Did you push yourself? Today, yes I did. After receiving some disturbing news from the dr. yesterday, I gorged last night. It was very hard not to give up today.

    What will you need to change to reach your goal? Just continuing to do what I have been but amp up the exercise as my body can handle it.

    Did you push yourself? Yes I did..Tried so hard not to have Diet Pepsi..had 2. Measured all my food on food scale for supper.

    What will you need to change to reach your goal? Increase work outs...STOP drinking the soda.

    Did you push yourself? Yes. I went for three walks today ... a 25 minute one, a 15 minute one and a 19 minute one. √

    What will you need to change to reach your goal? I am beginning ab work tomorrow and then some strength and resistance training Sunday. Still going to walk daily, though.

    Lost the 2 that I gained from Monday but still at 62 lost.

    Goal Exercise for the day: 30-60 minute walk. 15 mins. on elliptical. No elliptical ... back was a bit wonky from crunches I did this a.m. Did get in a 40 min. walk, though.

    Did you push yourself? Yes. 40 mins. is the longest walk I have been on so far. We walked along the river which has several inclines, etc. I also did crunches with my husband while he was working out to P90X.

    What will you need to change to reach your goal? Stay on course, continue to exercise, get 9-10,000 steps in daily.

    This is a great idea! Have had a disastrous week! No exercise and a substantial gain. Gah! So on it like a car bonnet. Got a serious goal for september!

    Did you push yourself? While at Lake Michigan, yes. I swam, treaded water, etc. Even took a walk along the beach which is harder than it sounds b/c we walked in the wet sand. When we came home, I didn't take a walk after dinner like I had planned. Too sunburned and in pain.

    What will you need to change to reach your goal? continue to eat healthy and move more

    What will you need to change to reach your goal? Add 6 more hours to the day...just add more exercise.
