Plenty of fiber in cinnamon, I just have to use about 4-5 tablespoons, potassium is pretty high in all whole foods. It's not gross, it's like nutella consistency and tastes like French toast on crack0

I was curious, so I looked it up! 1cup of honey has 176mg of Potassium, and 0g of fiber. And 1TBSP of cinnamon contains 4.2g of fiber, and 0mg of Potassium!
BUT beware...too much pure cinnamon at once can make you vomit!!0 -

I actually plan on speed eating this after eating all my protein (not eaten fast), rules, whatever, I could just down some potassium pills I have but I am not going to worry about that since it's a silly rule...it takes away from the fun

I was going to do a weebix eating challenge for max amount in 5mins. I'll work out how many are required to make the 1200 cals but I'm aiming for a pack with about 1.5L of milk and maple syrup which is about 2000cals. I've done 21 before but I need to get to 24! Will update tomorrow.0
