Anyone else working on a 90 day challenge?

After educating myself about eating more to weigh less, I came off of a 1500 calorie plan and set a 90 day challenge for myself to eat at 15% Cut Value. (I realize this is not a full metabolism reset but I'll admit that I need this baby step first before committing to eat at TDEE.)

I'm 30 days into my challege and am loving the freedom of not being obsessed with food anymore! I have learned to enjoy eating around 1965 calories a day and my body thanks me in so many ways. That alone is such an awesome NSV! :tongue:

I'm up 2.5 pounds in the first 30 days but I'll gladly take that knowing that my body is learning to trust me again.

Anyone else out there working on a personal challenge and want to share your experience?
