I woke up today feeling like I'd spent hours in a mosh pit or something last night (no, I hadn't, lol). Yesterday was a Pure Cardio/Abs day, and I pushed myself harder than I ever had before, so obviously it took it's toll, hehe. Today though was Cardio Recovery day, and after getting through that I feel 100% again. Nothing better than a good stretch and quick workout to get you where you need to be. Two more days, a rest day, and I'm into week 4!!!!
