Still losing in a diet break?

If you take a diet break for 1-2 weeks and still lose, does that mean your probably not eating enough still (and thus your cut is incorrect?).

    Yes, the calculator is an estimate. Some people take an actual RMR/BMR test and find their RMR/BMR is actually higher, which means their estimate of TDEE would off.

    So, you could actually try increasing your calories by 50 or 100, giving it a couple weeks until you stabilize...you know bounce around the same couple pounds.
