I would like to post my progress from start to now pictures but have no clue how to post them here on my fitness pal. does anyone know how to do it? can you give me instructions thanks

You need to upload your pics to an online site, like Photobucket. Once you have them uploaded, just copy/paste the image code but you'll need to replace "IMG" with all lower case letters. Let me know if you need help...it can be awfully confusing!0
