Calories?

I know, I know, I need a heart rate monitor... but I don't have the funds yet. So I was wondering what those of you with heart rate monitors are coming up with for calories. I've been logging it as 20 minutes of circuit training which is about 210 calories.

I'm 5'4" and weigh 171.5, I'm on level 2 now and a dripping, panting, disgusting mess when I'm done :-)

    Your stats are pretty much identical to mine, sadly I don't have a HRM either lol. I'm also on level 2 and boy is it tough loving it though :)

    I have been logging mines as 25mins and 180 calories.

    I am 5' 4 1/2". 148 lbs for my first day of level 2 I burned 230, I used 8lbs weights thought the exercises.. For level 1 it ranged anywhere from 208 to 215ish and I used 8 to 10 lbs weights.. Hope that might help a little

    I'm 5'4" and 178 and my HRM had level one at just over 200 and level 2 is much the same so far. I use 5lbs weight and am doing the harder moves :) Hope that helps as my weight seems to be close to yours.

    Thanks all! But seriously doesn't it feel more like 500 calories...it's soooo much harder than other things that burns more calories. I suppose it's because of the weights, but still I feel like it should be more :)
