Soda Pop?

Does anyone still enjoy the occasional diet soda while OP?

The past 3 nights I've had a diet Pepsi with my L&G and I know it's a bad habit I need to cut out. Unfortunately I often deal with hunger while on MF and the soda keeps me feeling full- alas I know it isn't a healthy habit and I need to break it.

Anyone else out there?

I had a huge diet Pepsi and diet Dr Pepper problem but I've cut it out since going on Medifast. Water gets so boring after a while. My daughter recommend Diet Sugar-Free Lipton Green Tea and I have one bottle with my dinner rotating between the citrus and the berry. It is not my diet soda but at least it isn't water. And she says green tea is good for me.

You can have up to 300 mg of caffeine so drink up but I would say drink water its going to help to flush the fat and if you need to use the Medifast flavor infusers you can have 5 and that goes a long way:) As well if you use the cal burns you can have up to 3 a day...also you can use crystal light 1/2 pack is half a condiment do your best to drink half your body weight in ounces in water daily

Yea I've cut out diet soda completely. I do have club soda/seltzer water and that's pretty good to me. My friends think its gross but its working for me, maybe I just miss the carbonation. I'd watch some of those sugar free drinks though some have carbs. I wanted to see if I could drink those SoBe Life Water sugar free drinks and I looked at the label and was like whaaaaa? CARBS NEVER AGAIN!
Somewhat addicted to the infusers but they do cost a pretty penny.

I still have diet drinks sometimes - diet sodas, 'sparkling ice' by talking rain, crystal light type stuff rarely, etc.

I'd like to cut them out entirely but they don't seem to stall me so I don't mind them for variety sometimes.
