I'm doing a metabolism reset. I'm eating between 2000 to 2200 calories a day. I fully expect to gain weight from here on out until my metabolism kicks back into gear again. I never thought I would say this but it's so hard to get those calories in eating quality and nutritious food.0 -

Glad I didn't gain. It was Stampeded here in Calgary last week and I ate like a pig for a few days. Slowly getting back to healthy eating in the last few days which is why I'm sure I undid the damage those few days had done.
