I know this will sound dumb, but if I do 800 calories a day in work out, should I add 800 to my calorie intake?

HI there, you only add in workout calories if your burn takes you below your BMR. So if your BMR is 1500 and your cut is 2000, and you burn 800, then you would eat back 300 calories at least to take you back up to your BMR.0 -
