Hi! I have a pear shaped body, so I was wondering how I could tone up and slim down my thighs without adding mass. HELP!

Swimming works well for slimming out the muscles while keeping cardio up!0 -
I'm a fellow female that has big thighs, but I've learned to accept and love them!!!!
but if you are looking to slim down, I'd say yoga and swimming.0 -
I'm in the same boat. I'd say distance swimming, distance running, pilates and yoga...0

Me too. And they're about as lean as can be. So be it. I've learned to love them.0

I found that stretching stretching stretching after class, after working out with lots of aerobic activity helps!! Mine aren't where I would like them, but the more I do cardio the better they get!! I think that dancing just makes them bulk, especially if your short like me. But hey, at least I can do grande allegro really well!! there is power in all that muscle0
