Motivation to not...eat...everything

Hi everyone!
So, my fitness goals are a bit different than everyone else's. I'm ~20-21% bf, trying to get ~14% because I'm competing in a pageant. Don't laugh! Haha, I know the stereotypes associated with pageants.
Anyway, I'm USUALLY pretty good with my diet but I've been feeling incredibly burnt out. For the last 3 days I've been eating around 1700-1800 calories when I'm trying to take it down to around 1350.
I have 13 weeks left (on Sunday) to be in tip-top shape and I've lost my spark/motivation/etc etc. My weight for the last 3 days has stabilized and it leaves me completely disheartened and honestly, ready to quit the entire thing.
My bf (my support system) will be leaving in 4 weeks for 2 months (for work), and I'm starting to stress about that too. This is where I will need shape shifters the most!

Spend time with your online food diary...stick to monitoring your daily calorie allotment and let that be your motivator..want to eat more? Move/exercise more...Look at it as a living math problem not an eating issue... years ago I used to run/swim and play tennis all in one day 3x a week with a girlfriend...we did it not because we were training for a race or prepping for a pageant...but we simply wanted to eat a lot with out having to worry about what we ate..it worked...plus we had fun with those activities together...
Also... get your mind focused on other things...prepping for the pageant..home projects...work projects...new ideas for projects..etc. FOOD is just a fuel so don't even think about it..except to plan what fuel is best for your body and in what amounts..once your diary is logged..forget about it..0 -

If you did compete before get old pics of you and remember when you were focused!! Right now your diet is really critical if you slack it'll hunt you on stage !! Stay focused and read some books about motivation... Personally what I do (even though a lot of ppl might laugh) I have a big mirror beside it is a pic of myself when I was really overweight and pic of my ideal physique and I'll eat infront the mirror sounds retarted but it works and I use it as a last resort !! Call your bf everyday for support and always remember that your strong and you can Over come anything !! Its all about mind power now I believe in you stay strong and keep us updated !!! I'll spamming your mfp wall to make sure you meet your caloric requirements0
