Time to get real with my logs!

I am working with a nutritionist who is also "a friend" on here and I've been really embarrassed about how much I drink so I haven't been logging it. I have made some really positive changes in my exercise and eating habits the last few months. I'm packing my lunch, working out, walking, cooking more, eating more veggies and generally hitting my calorie goal .... UNTIL my husband and I want to have a few drinks.
I'm frustrated that I haven't lost despite the efforts I'm making but I realized I've been lying to myself. Those alcohol calories add up and supposedly slow down your metabolism, too. So it's time to suck it up and log it. "Yes, I had THAT MUCH to drink" lol
Progress not perfection and if I don't post my real successes and real failures I'm not going to see my progress honestly.
