    I am into the second month of Insanity now, and the workouts are super intense. During the first month, I lost 3lbs and 6 inches, will see how month 2 goes in terms of results.
    Has anyone tried a JMBR / Insanity hybrid? Am considering that after I finish Insanity, maybe replace the JMBR cardio with Insanity workouts, and add some cardio abs or insane abs once in a while.
