I was planning on doing a 8 week reset, but I simply couldn't eat properly last week and it resulted in me averaging at a cut already. The trend is still going, so I've decided to just take this as a good time to cut. Also, Ramadan starts from tomorrow..That means I'll be fasting from sunrise to sunset for the next 30 days..so I really don't think I'll be able to eat 2000 calories anyway!

So, basically, I've done 5 weeks at TDEE and am on my 2nd of week of a cut already. Everyone is already saying that I look slimmer, so I'm really excited this. I know that while fasting it will be hard to watch what I eat and get my macros right because we usually have fried foods and lots of sugary things after we break the fast..but I will try to get some good stuff in too. And it will be easier to maintain a cut when I won't be able to eat all day anyway!! :P However, I will not be exercising for the next 4 weeks because fasting and exercise together is just too much for me to deal with.

Tomorrow I will weigh in and take my measurements and then re-calculate with Scooby. As I won't be exercising, I'm guessing my calorie allowance is going to be quite low..but its all good and I'm too excited to worry!

I am hoping that I will have a success story to share very soon. Will keep y'all posted! <3

I started my cut today as well with the beginning of Ramadan.
Have a blessed month of fasting!
    Ramadan Mubarak
