I find it really hard to stay within my alotted carbs (i can't remember if i did 30 or 40 %) while doing the reset. 2600 is just so many calories and i can only eat so much protein. (I aim for 180g but usually get closer to 150.)

Will this really mess me up? (Today starts week 3 of my reset. Can't believe it!)I can eat low calorie no prob., but HIGH calorie with not too high carbs? Aaack!

    The key lies in hitting your protein goals. If you do that, all the other macros will usually fall into place. To go over occasionally is not a problem. Just focus on your proteins first. Plan your meals in the am and logg everything you wanna eat with an eye on protein.
