This question is for people currently eating at maintenance. I'm currently doing metabolism reset. On some days I'm good and can eat around my TDEE (2200 calories). On other days, I'm so stuffed that I absolutely do not want to eat anymore. Do you guys eat regardless of whether you are full or not?
For example today, I only ate 1700 and it's already 9:30pm. Even though I'm not hungry, I plan on drinking a 150 calorie fruit kefir smoothie before bedtime. I honestly don't think I can squeeze in anymore calories today.

Hi there!
This is absolutely normal and part of the game. Try to get your cals in. Drink a protein shake and eat calorie dense food like nuts etc. Don't eat any light or low fat things. Once your body gets used to eat, you will be feeling more hungry.
When I started me reset I was like you. I ate 2400 to begin with and upped later to 2600. Now I started my cut, and it was hard to eat less.
Just hang in there-the hunger will come0
