Got sick at the beginning of week 4. It's going to be about a week before I can get back to the videos. I'm debating redoing week 3 or just jumping back into week 4. I can't wait to get back, though. If I could walk around without hacking a lung I would most definitely do it still. Keep up the good work guys! Seeing all you guys working hard makes me want to get back into it even more!
