Week 3 DONE!!!

Well I have not checked in here in a long time, but I am still going at it! I have missed a few days due to scheduling and a few naughty children dragging a bad day out;) But I feel amazing, well righ now I am unable to move to fast since I did legs n back yesterday;) I am not able to get on the forum as much as I'd like since I have the kiddos home all day and my phone does not allow me to get on here. I have kept up with some of your progress on my feed;) I am sure that I will make it through this time, I use all of you as some motivation to push through. So for those of you that have done this before, whats up with recovery week?? If I do nothing I will not start back up I am sure, what are the work outs like or could I just do something else?? Have a great weekend all :)

    Keep up the good work and glad to see you are still at it. Recovery Phase still has a 7 day work out for you to do. If those aren't enough for you i'm sure you can do some other light exercise. You need to recover to allow your body to heal and adapt.

    That's why it's more stretching, yoga ect and no chest and back or ab ripper.
