Feels like too much food!

Yes, I know it's a mental block after years of thinking that to lose any kind of weight I need to be hungry all the time. But today is a rest day, and even though i have my daily intake set at 2200 (not watching net - just total intake); I feel guilty eating the 2050 I've got logged.
I feel like I'm sabotaging myself by eating this much!
I have my weekly WI tomorrow, and I'm just hoping I don't see any crazy gain. I know I may very well gain a couple pounds of water weight while my body adjusts, but it will still be hard to see the numbers increase.
Blah. Just venting.

Chin up sweetie....I tend to lose more the morning after a rest day, even eating that same amount that I eat on non-rest days. You are not sabotaging yourself........just giving your body the steady signal that it will be fed and fed consistently.0
