When did you see a difference?

So I'm getting ready to finish Week 1 of Insanity and so far no change. I know it will happen it's just frustrating me at the moment because last week I wasn't doing anything and dropped 3lbs and now I'm watching my calories and doing Insanity and no change. I just had my daughter 6 weeks ago so I think that is why I was able to drop 3lbs in 1 week I know that is not normal at all. So my question is when you first started the Insanity workout when did you first see, notice or feel the change? Am I being unrealistic to expect to see some change by at least Week 3?

I really felt and saw a change about week 4 in. I was able to keep up more. I'm on day 50 today and there is a huuuuge difference. I've had a 7% decrease in body fat based on my measurements and weight.
If you give it your all and follow their eating plan I bet you will see results by week 3 though.0 -
I'm not following the diet exactly I'm eating healthy foods, have cut out sugars, and fats. I'm going to slowly cut out wheat products since I am allergic and I think that will help as well. I am sticking with the calorie goal that they have set for me too. I am thinking that I should see something by Week 3 even if it's just smaller measurements. I really want this and I know I can do it. I have a lot to lose from having back to back pregnancies but I know it can be done and it will be so worth the results!0

As a mother of three I can tell you your results postpartum are generally all over the charts....especially if you are nursing or on a form of BC. But press through....your body will release more water some weeks than others and you will go through an adjustment phase completely unrelated to your working out. I promise you though you WILL see results no matter what excecise regiment you do with a few weeks. Insanity after having a baby....That's an accomplishment by itself! Keep it up Mama!0

I have 5 kiddos now and this is the first time I have tried to lose the weight so soon after having her. I'm not nursing this time and that is why. I think that is what is so frustrating for me right now. I am 6 weeks pp and last week I didn't do anything and dropped 3 lbs but now nothing. I had back to back pregnancies this time and luckily I have lost all the weight from this pregnancy but still have 50lbs from my 15month old that I am trying to lose now. Thank you for the encouragement!0
