Bulking Question

Forgive my ignorance because this is still pretty new to me but I have a question about bulking.
First off, I want to gain a total of ten pounds. I've already gained three. I bulked last winter with the intention of putting on 20 lbs. as I was very underweight for my height. I gave up after 12 lbs. because all the eating was getting to me and I just felt...fat, after all. Long story short, I cut this spring to bring my body fat down, I wound up losing about 3 lbs. from that while lowering my body fat.
My question is: should gain more than the 10 lbs. so when I cut (to lower my body fat) I'm at my goal weight? I don't want to keep bulking and cutting to try to keep my scale weight up but body fat down, if that makes any sense. I hope I'm explaining this correctly. My ultimate goal would be: 130 lbs. at ~18-19% body fat. Thanks!

I am not sure I am qualified to answer, but you seem to want to gain muscle correct? If so you can increase muscle and lose fat from lifting and eating! I think having an ideal weight is a little crazy. Your goal should be fit and healthy at what ever weight that happens to be.0
