.....the Lucia-team!

redid the calculations as I just turned 38.

Based on desk job but also aged one year older:
BMR: 1890
TDEE: 2268
-15%: 1928

I have a metabolic disorder that is undiagnosable, and for the last two weeks, Ive been eating 2090, and had a 3lb loss recorded last Tuesday. And, Ive just been cleared by another surgeon that I can go back to the gym with only a few restrictions that keep me off a treadmill but can use an eliptical for my cardio...

Is it safe to say, keep it at 2090 despite the calculator reading without exercise?

Also, will it be safe to say, when I return to the gym, Ill need to eat alot more?
