I've forgotten my password. I've sent an email request but not gotten a reponse and wondered if maybe I put the wrong one down. My user name is the same as here, I think.

Go to the website and click to log in - there's an option for forgotten password.

If you enter your email address there it should automatically send you a new password.

Thanks but I've done that three times and not received a reply, which is why I brought it here.

Did it end up in your spam folder?

I've just tried it now and it's worked straight away so I'm baffled
