My January 1st Goal

1) At least 70% of my weeks are NOT over calorie goal.
2) Build up to consistently working out 5 days a week.
3) Meet 90% of the mini challenges posted on this board.
4) Reduce, or eliminate, the "bad snacking" between meals that pack on calories with little or no nutritional value.
5) Eat slowly and consciously with every bit i put in my mouth (forever goal, of course).
