Finally Week 4! new routine and a better attitude! Almost completed a month and it feels like I started last week, just imagine we'll be ripped and beach body ready in no time :happy:

Week 4 Day 1 Yoga (again ) for me. At least I'm getting STRETCHY.My poor old hips dont know whats up!!0

playing catch up from last week. legs and back done, then later shoulders and arms. or cardio. my legs are now no longer DOMS from the dash, now they're sore from L&B! LOL time to stretch!0

I think my yoga routine is cursed! I REALLY tried this time, too! I get through 45 mins of yoga and my roommate calls to tell me that she's bringing her client (she does respite care) to our place b/c the pool was having maintenance done. Oy vey! So I had to stop, and they didn't leave until I had to get ready for clinic. Sorry, Tony. I did some Dance Central 2 tonight to get some cardio in. We will see what happens come Saturday!

Did core synergistic today got to complete 5 dreya rolls and my version of banana /superman!! LOL0

Holy cow! I did not expect to sweat as much as I did with Core, but totally worth it. The Dreya rolls ain't happening any time soon! Shea, Tony totally has a crush on Dreya! T

I folded my mat to double thickness at that end and squat back, my hands stay on the ground till I'm sure my butt is down.
My knees were screaming at me the first 2 weeks now they're just wimpering :laugh:

Back and Biceps done! thank goodness. now to figure out what to do about my sore throat...dr's office has no openings today and suggested going to emerg. I might have to. It hurts to swallow and talk. sigh, i really don't want to go and spend my day in emerg...0 -
SASX, warm up some grand marnier, add a little lemon, and sip. It will cure any sore throat. TRUST ME.
Kenpo is getting easier every time. I figured out when to wear shoes and when not to for the work out (my shoes stick to the rug, making the slide forwards difficult, but my socks slip when it's time to stretch).0 -
Kenpo X is done for today! Looking forward to X Stretch tomorrow.. My body needs it!0

troat update: almost 3 hours from in to out at emerg. and I get a non answer...The dr told me that it might be strep, but can't tell until the lab comes back with the swab, thinks that it might be a virus, but is putting me on antibiotics just in case, especially since I'm supposed to go in for thyroid surgery friday. I put in a call to the surgeon and hope to hear back tomorrow from him. Until then, I'm eating a lot of frozen stuff to help my throat feel better (no worries, it's frozen yogurt and the most I've eaten all day) I'm also drinking back water that didn't want to go down either.0

Mamma, you did some tabata! That's high intensity stuff! You'll get the stretch in sometime. if you have a laptop, push play on that while you're watching tv and stretch out on the floor (mat) while watching your fave shows...it's a graet way to not lose viewing time and get in P90X. Multi-tasking!
also, Did CST yesterday, then decided it'd be good for me to french braid my hair...MISTAKE!! omg ow and DOMS is on me today, too! Guess that means I really brought it yesterday!0 -

Woke up this am and my lower back was really hurting, but.. I pushed through Cardio X and burned 393 calories and I feel so much better! So glad that I made my self push play!. Have a fabulous weekend everyone!0 -
Was actually excited to get home from work, and do my P90x. Who'd have thought that I'd want to work out. Let's just say I surprised myself with that one. :huh:0
