Cleared to start a bit of running...

After a year of zero impact aerobics due to injury, my PT cleared me to start adding some "therapeutic running" into my routine. So, 5 minutes a day, I am to job 30 sec/ walk 1 min, carefully practicing my new and improved running form. Once I've built up to 10 minutes a day, I get reevaluated and hopefully cleared to start the C25k plan.
After a year, I'm off to the track for the first time in a few minutes!!

That's fantastic! I suffered an injury late last year that forced me out of my exercise routine for several months, so I know exactly how good it feels to get the go-ahead to get back into it!
