I did it I did it! Snotty/stuffy, sneezing, and hacking - I still got thru Day 16 (D6L2) - NO EXCUSES!!!

Done! That's my last time doing this in my hotel room. Time to roll up the yoga mat and pack away my 3lb hand weights.
Those of you struggling -- it will get better! I've noticed a huge improvement for me. This was my 5th time doing level 2 today. Some of it is still tough for me and I took a breach on the plank jacks, but only because I did 6 miles on a stationary bike and ran 2 miles on a treadmill before doing this (for a different challenge), so I was already a little pooped on cardio. I'm looking forward to getting finished this 30 days so I can start the next one (maybe Ripped in 30) and not be following the easier beginner's workout next time!0 -
