    Week 1 (August 1-7): 290 minutes. Good start. I'm glad because next week I'm going on a short vacation and I'm not sure how much working out I'll be getting in while I am gone.

    A bit behind in my posting. Just catching up. Not sure if I'm going to make it this month. Trying to figure out how I can get another 350 minutes in. I only plan to do 30 minute workouts in the mornings this week with school starting. That leaves another 200 minutes to try to fit in elsewhere. Oh well, we shall see how things go. If I don't make it this month, there is always next month. 1000 minutes is a challenge, especially when you fall behind or have a bad week like I did! Maybe I'll try to get over to the gym to take some classes or take a walk on the treadmill a couple of afternoons. We'll see. Probably not wise to try to squeeze it all in over the next week. Don't want to over do it.

    Week 1 (August 1-7): 290 minutes.
    Week 2 (August 8-14): 260 minutes
    Week 3 (August 15-21): 0 minutes Ouch! Bad week. No wonder I didn't lose anything. I did some cleaning and driving, but obviously not enough exercise. I just don't feel right including those in my numbers.
    Week 4 (August 22-28): 100 minutes . . . so far

    Didn't think I would make it after Week 3 of no exercise. I made sure to get it in though. Hopefully September will be better.
