Results/Changes??

Has anyone lost any weight and/or noticed any changes in their bodies yet??, I lost 4lbs the first 6 days. Haven't done my measurements though.

So far, I've actually gained weight (I've read that this is common) but I've lost inches in the waist. Unfortunately, I didn't take any when I started, but I'm going to the evening before I start level 2, and record them on me diary/reports area on MFP.0

I haven't lost any weight ....well maybe a few ounces but I won't count that. But I have lost 1" in my waist, and 1" in my thighs, and 1/2" in my calf. So that is what I'm after I'm trying not to focus on the weight....have 20 to lose but really want to be tone and in better shape/health.0

I am on day 9 of level 1. . planning to go to level 2 tomorrow. I haven't lost any weight. . scale says I have gained 3 pounds. .I'm trying to ignore the scale because I can definitely see changes in my body. I'm going to measure tonight before going to next level.

My scale also says I've gained 3 pounds, I have read on here that is common, your muscles are storing water to repair!? I didn't take measurements just going by how my clothes fit.0

I started at 195, gained 2 lbs in the first 2 days, lost 4 right away and have slowly crept my way down to 190... I didn't take measurements but I took photos and I saw a very big difference on day 10 of level 1. I'll take more at the end of level 20

I also gained a couple pounds which are now slowly coming off. I can see a lot of toning and some definition in my arms and legs. I know my core is getting stronger but I have some fat to lose before it's visible so I refer to it as "working my ninja abs"
I took measurements day 1 and plan to update them at day 150
