    HOLY CRAP!!!!!!!!!! Ive lost a total of 9 1/2 inches so far being on this Diet!!!!!

    Wondering how everyone is doing on Cycle 2? My friend and I have both gained weight on this cycle. We were both losing until we started this cycle. I gained 2 pounds and keep going up and down a pound or two. Anyone else having this problem? And the ironic thing is , this cycle is supposed to be the one that prevents platues, yet we are both stuck!
