EM2WL WORKS!!! (plus NSV's)

I see a lot of posts on here of people struggling. In fact, I have been know to write one of these posts too But I just wanted to share my experiences for all of the newbies to say how much this system works!
I'm on week 4 of a 15% cut after doing a reset. The first week and a half I saw my scale all over the place (don't worry, I've stopped obsessing), but once week two hit, I lost 1.5 pounds! My scale was probably whacky due to my increased weight/strength training and my muscles being sore and getting acclimated to my new routine. By the end of week 3, I've lost about 2 pounds since I've been on a cut. But the biggest achievements have been a couple NSV's. I've lost about 4 inches just measuring hips/waist/thigh. I completed my first ever 5K two weeks ago, running the whole time, completing it in 35 minutes...and yesterday I did a 5K on my own in 34 minutes 50 seconds. I'm wearing a couple pairs of pants I haven't worn in months, and a couple days ago I went down a notch on my belt.
It takes a lot of commitment, but once you get the hang of the EM2WL lifestyle, it flows seamlessly, and it doesn't feel like work. It's a lifestyle change....long term. It takes time to work, but sticking with it is so worthwhile!
