100 Jumping Jacks
50 Squats
30 Push Ups (feel free to use your kitchen island or bathroom sink)
25 Crunches
50 Jump Rope (w/imaginary jump rope)
(if you have to do low impact jumping jacks and jump rope, that still counts!)
EVERY DAY UNTIL SUNDAY.
This is only 5 exercises that will cover: Full-body, legs/booty, arms/chest, abs, & calves.
Remind yourself of portion control and wise choices with real food. This creates a healthy habit = success!
Drink 32 ounces of water and remember, ladies, "if you bite it- you write it!" be sure to stay current on your MFP diary.
I will be accepting the challenge as well as sticking to the program I am currently on.

C'mon ladies!!! Hold yourselves accountable.... Get in on this challenge. It only takes 20 minutes TOPS! (unless you spread it out thru the day) however you have to do it, do it! You will be happy you did by the end of the challenge!!!!!!!!!!

I am!!! Okay, to be honest I haven't been doing it every day but it has been an AWESOME little morning wake up routine. I'm in to work by 7am so there's no way I can hit the gym before going in (commute + totally not a morning person) but I really miss my morning workouts. This has been a great little pick me up before jumping in the shower!
